1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products (e.g., protector mats cut to a specific custom size).

  • Opened or Used Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@pvctablecover with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to the address we provide.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

  • Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of such items.
