Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pvctablecover. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand our return and refund procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products (e.g., protector mats cut to a specific custom size).

  • Opened or Used Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items (these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at service@pvctablecover.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • The return shipping address (one of our US-based warehouses)
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a copy of your order confirmation inside. Ship to the address we provide.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).

  • Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment method and financial institution.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will:
  • Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs), OR
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost (if the item is in stock)
Please do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as photos may be required for damage claims.
