1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Origin

We ship all orders from our US-based warehouses. Depending on your shipping address, your order will be dispatched from one of the following locations:

We continuously monitor inventory levels at both warehouses and replenish stock from our own factory to ensure timely fulfillment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at service@pvctablecover.com.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours at service@pvctablecover.com.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in USD. We do not charge any additional taxes or duties at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the United States (including all 50 states). No customs or import duties apply to domestic shipments.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at [your email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
