Order Modification Policy

  • Policy: To ensure fast shipping, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Modification: If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of placement.
  • Note: Once an order has been prepared for shipment, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Track Your Order In Two Ways:

  • Shipping Confirmation Email: Check your inbox for an email from us containing a direct tracking link and your tracking number.
  • Your Online Account: For a centralized view, log in to your account and visit the "Order History" or "Your Orders" section to find the status and tracking details for all your purchases.

If you believe your order is incomplete, here's how we can help:

  • Check Your Email – Review your shipping confirmation, as items may be sent in separate packages.
  • Contact Us – If all items should have arrived together, please email us your order number.
  • We Investigate – We will immediately look into the issue with our logistics team and get back to you promptly.

Shipping

  • Address Change Policy: Shipping address updates are only possible before an order is processed for shipment.
  • To Request a Change: Please contact our support team immediately with your order number and correct address.
  • After Shipping: We are unable to modify the delivery address as the carrier will have already taken possession of the package.

Our Shipping Process & Timeline

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Transit Time: After dispatch, shipping within the United States generally takes 2 - 5 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: From the moment you place your order, you can expect your package to arrive within 3 - 7 business days.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 - 48 hours after your order has left our facility.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your PVC table cover, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt.

Payment & Security

To ensure the highest level of security for your transactions, we currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal.
